市政尾水中典型痕量有机物形态效应对纳滤膜截留选择性的影响

Influence of morphological effect of typical trace organic contaminants in municipal tailwater on retention selectivity of nanofiltration membrane

摘要 通过定量解析市政尾水中常量级多类别显性共存组分,开展对照实验,考察在有/无溶质-溶质亲和交互作用影响下,自制的非均质聚酰胺纳滤膜对3种典型痕量药物活性化合物(PhACs)的截留选择性行为差异.在此基础上,深入探究目标Ph ACs在市政尾水复杂环境背景下的存在形态及其分配特征,揭示结合态Ph ACs的尺寸和亲/疏水效应.结果表明,共存组分对哌啶掺杂纳滤膜的水/双氯芬酸选择性实现了1.15个数量级的强化提升.表观水动力直径、吸光度比值及荧光光谱表征均有力地佐证目标Ph ACs与显性共存组分之间发生了溶质-溶质微界面亲和交互作用.目标Ph ACs的结合态含量占比为71.2%~96.3%.溶解性有机物结合态Ph ACs的分子量大小与其自身的疏水性呈正相关,且优势疏水性组分表达与Ph ACs在环境水体中的解离倾向和强度密切相关. Through quantitative analysis of major multi-class dominant coexisting components in municipal tailwater,this study conducted comparative experiments to examine the differences in the rejection selectivity behavior of a self-made heterogeneous polyamide nanofiltration(NF)membrane towards three typical trace-level pharmaceutical active compounds(PhACs),under conditions with and without the influence of solute-solute affinity interactions.Building on this foundation,the existence forms and partitioning characteristics of target PhACs in the presence of the complex environmental matrix of municipal tailwater were further explored,revealing the size and hydrophilic/hydrophobic effects of bounded PhACs.The results demonstrated that the co-existing components enhanced the water/diclofenac selectivity of the piperidine-doped NF membrane by 1.15 orders of magnitude.Characterizations based on apparent hydrodynamic diameter,absorbance ratio and fluorescence spectroscopy collectively provided robust evidences for the occurrence of solute-solute micro-interfacial affinity interactions between target PhACs and the dominant co-existing components.The percentage of bounded PhACs ranged from 71.2%to 96.3%.Furthermore,the study observed a positive correlation between the molecular weights of bounded-PhACs and their hydrophobicity.Besides,the expression of dominant hydrophobic fractions was found to be closely associated with the dissociation tendency and strength of PhACs in environmental water bodies.
