摘要
数字人交往功能在社交软件的推广,丰富了人的娱乐生活,同时也引发了人与数字人交往问题。数字人以其具有类主体性的特点,通过扮演人类社会角色获得人的认同,以具有普遍有效性的社会伦理规范为人与数字人理性交往的条件,成为人类新的交往对象。数字人作为人工智能体,在与人的交往中引发了数字人以媒介技术刺激人身体感官致使主体沉溺、人单向度情感投射透支与数字人形成情感壁垒、数字人道德功能外铄而造成交往失责的潜在问题。我们要坚持以人为本的数字交往理念,从监管者、设计者、使用者多重视角出发,规范管理数字人交往活动,从而实现人与数字人平等交流、和谐共处的目标。
The integration of digital humans into social media software has enriched human entertainment experiences while simultaneously raising pressing issues regarding human-digital human interaction.Owing to their quasi-subjective qualities,digital humans gain recognition by performing human social roles.They can serve as rational partners of interaction,a new category of communicative counterpart for human beings when grounded in universally valid social and ethical norms.However,as artificial intelligence entities,digital humans also cause potential interaction problems,including subject addiction caused by digital mediation's sensory overstimulation;one-directional emotional projection and emotional barriers;and the dereliction of duty in interpersonal interactions due to the externally conferred moral functionalities of digital humans.To address these challenges,it is necessary to uphold a human-centered philosophy in digital interaction.From the perspectives of regulators,designers,and users,digital human engagement should be managed and standardized,so as to realize the goal of equal communication and harmonious coexistence between humans and digital humans.
