摘要
温州开展“智能建造”试点后,确定了“智能建造装备+产业工人”的试点工作特色,制定了“一核三库”的发展策略。为了解决智能建造试点过程中新型人才短缺的问题,温州市系统地构建了产业工人孵化基地、职业院校与建筑企业三方协同的人才支撑体系。通过以需求为导向,梯队式的人才培养体系,建立以企业需求为牵引、院校与基地协同赋能的立体化人才生态,为智能建造可持续发展提供了核心支撑。
Following the launch of its“Intelligent Construction”pilot initiative,Wenzhou City established a distinctive approach characterized by“intelligent construction equipment+industrial workers”and formulated the development strategy of“One Core,Three Databases.”To address emerging talent shortages during the pilot implementation,Wenzhou City has systematically constructed a tripartite talent ecosystem comprising industrial incubation bases,vocational colleges,and construction enterprises.Through a demand-oriented,multi-tiered talent cultivation framework,this multi-dimensional talent ecosystem—driven by enterprise needs and empowered by institutional synergy—provides fundamental support for the sustainable advancement of intelligent construction.
