不同因素对单块光伏板风荷载的影响研究

THE INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT FACTORS ON WIND LOAD OF A SINGLE PHOTOVOLTAIC PANEL

摘要 作为我国新能源发展的重要组成部分,太阳能光伏近年来的安装规模持续快速增长。光伏板安装设计中,其承受的风荷载是关键考量因素。文中基于计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)方法,结合大涡模拟(Large Eddy Simulation,LES)湍流模型,建立了风荷载作用下单块光伏板的流场数值模型。系统研究了安装倾角、离地高度、风速对光伏板周围流场特性的影响规律。结果表明当风向角为0°时,光伏板表面压力的绝对值与安装倾角及风速均呈现显著的正相关关系。研究可为地面及屋顶光伏支架系统的抗风设计与安全优化提供理论依据与工程参考。 As a vital component of China s renewable energy development,solar photovoltaics(PV)have experi⁃enced rapid growth in installation capacity in recent years.In PV panel installation design,wind load serves as a crit⁃ical factor to consider.Based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD)and employing the large eddy simulation(LES)turbulence model,we establishes a numerical flow field model for a single PV panel under wind load conditions.The effects of installation tilt angle,ground clearance,and wind speed on the flow field characteristics surrounding the PV panel are systematically investigated.The results indicate that when the wind attack angle is 0°,the absolute val⁃ue of surface pressure on the PV panel shows a strong positive correlation with both the installation tilt angle and wind speed.This study provides theoretical and engineering references for wind-resistant design and safety optimiza⁃tion of ground-mounted and rooftop PV support systems.
