摘要
为了提升船舶中组立结构的焊接效率,采用龙门式机器人自动焊接系统,开展焊接试验,焊接接头性能分析及机器人焊接位置可达性分析,探索了EH36船体结构的机器人自动焊工艺应用。结果表明,采用龙门式双机器人焊接系统可实现EH36钢船舶结构的自动化焊接,焊接接头的抗裂性及各项力学性能均达到要求。
In order to improve the welding efficiency of the ship structure,the welding experiment was carried out with a gantry welding robot system,the welded joint performance and weld accessibility of the robotic welding were analyzed,and the application of the robotic welding system for EH36 steel hull structure was discussed.The results show that the gantry welding robot system can be applied for EH36 steel ship structure,and the crack resistance and mechanical properties of the welded joints meet the requirements.
