摘要
为提高断路器分断能力对操作机构分合闸动作时间进行研究,基于creo 2.0辅助设计平台建立直流断路器操作机构的三维模型,通过ADMAS仿真平台建立约束类型和运动副等运动关系,对其进行了动力学仿真。研究该方案断路器分合闸动作时间,为该型断路器操作机构的优化设计提供参考。
aiming at get the opening speed and the closing speed of Direct current circuit breaker(DCB),a full size three-dimensional of the DCB operating mechanism was established based on CREO 2.0 after imported the model into ADAMS and defined constraints and kinematic pairs,the dynamic simulation analysis of the model was carried out.This paper analyzed the opening speed and the closing speed of circuit breaker.The result could provide a reference for the optimization of the DCB operating mechanism.
