摘要
为提升主通风机运行可靠性及安全保障能力,降低主通风机运行能耗及故障影响等,针对性构建了主通风机智能监控系统并进行工程应用。对智能监控系统整体架构、功能等进行分析,并对硬件及软件结构进行详细设计。在山西A矿西回风斜井主通风机上进行工程应用,结果表明,构建的主通风机智能监控系统运行平稳,可实现运行实时监测、远程控制,同时实现故障早期预警。研究成果可为其他矿井地面主通风机智能监测系统构建提供可靠经验借鉴。
To improve the operational reliability and safety support capability of the main ventilation fan,reduce its operational energy consumption and fault impact,etc.,a targeted intelligent monitoring system for the main ventilation fan was established and applied in engineering.The overall architecture,functions,etc.,of the intelligent monitoring system were analyzed,and the hardware and software structures were designed in detail.The engineering application was carried out on the main ventilation fan of the west return air inclined shaft in Shanxi A Coal Mine.The results show that the established intelligent monitoring system for the main ventilation fan operates stably,which can realize real-time operation monitoring and remote control,as well as early fault warning.The research results can provide reliable experience for the establishment of intelligent monitoring systems for main ventilation fans on the surface of other coal mines.
