摘要 精液冷冻保存技术可延长精子存活时间,在种畜扩繁、辅助生殖、生育力保存及遗传资源保护等领域具有重要价值。精液冷冻已常规应用于畜牧业生产,但冷冻损伤导致的精子质量下降是制约精液冷冻技术有效应用的主要因素。纳米颗粒具有较高的生物相容性和抗菌活性,可调控自噬、凋亡、脂代谢等多种细胞生物学过程。近年来,纳米颗粒逐步应用于精液冷冻保存。本文综述了精液冷冻技术现状,并从纳米颗粒的类型、理化及生物学特性、纳米颗粒的作用机制以及纳米颗粒对精子损伤的改善作用等方面论述了纳米颗粒在精液冷冻保存中的应用研究进展,以期为精液冷冻保存技术的高效应用提供新的方法。 Semen cryopreservation technology is a biotechnology that extends the survival time of sperm,holding significant application value in areas such as the expansion of superior livestock breeding,assisted reproductive technology,fertility preservation and the protection of genetic diversity.Despite its routine application in animal husbandry,the decline in sperm quality due to cryoinjury remains a major factor limiting the effective application of semen cryopreservation.Nanoparticles have high biocompatibility and antimicrobial activity,and are involved in various cellular biological processes such as autophagy,apoptosis,and lipid metabolism.In recent years,nanoparticles have been gradually applied to semen cryopreservation.This review article summarizes the current status of semen cryopreservation technology and systematically discusses the research progress of nanoparticles in semen cryopreservation from aspects including the types of nanoparticles,their physicochemical and biological characteristics,the mechanisms of action,and their improvement on sperm damage,with the aim to deeply analyze the protective effects of nanoparticles on cryopreserved sperm and provide new methods for the efficient application of semen cryopreservation technology.
