摘要
目的分析注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾联合阿奇霉素在肺炎支原体肺炎患儿中的疗效。方法选取90例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为观察组(45例)、对照组(45例)。观察组以注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾联合阿奇霉素治疗,对照组以阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组血清炎症因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)]、肺功能指标[最大呼气中段流量(MMEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)]、症状体征消失时间、临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组hs-CRP(7.52±2.12)mg/L、PCT(0.15±0.06)ng/ml低于对照组的(11.12±2.17)mg/L、(0.27±0.07)ng/ml,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FVC(3.15±0.41)L、FEV1(2.61±0.12)L、MMEF(1.79±0.15)L/s较对照组的(2.36±0.47)L、(2.03±0.16)L、(1.50±0.12)L/s高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发热、咳嗽、咳痰、肺部啰音消失时间分别为(2.41±1.07)、(5.82±1.03)、(4.12±1.05)、(4.01±1.04)d,较对照组的(3.82±1.04)、(7.33±1.04)、(7.01±1.35)、(5.71±1.41)d短,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率95.56%较对照组的80.00%更高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论肺炎支原体肺炎患儿接受注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾联合阿奇霉素的效果良好,可缩短病程,加速症状缓解,促进患儿肺功能恢复。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of amoxicillin sodium and clavulanate potassium for injection combined with azithromycin in treating Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 90 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were selected,and randomly divided into the observation group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases).The observation group received amoxicillin sodium and clavulanate potassium for injection combined with azithromycin,while the control group received azithromycin alone.Both groups were compared in terms of serum inflammatory factors[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)],lung function indicators[maximal mid-expiratory flow(MMEF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)],disappearance time of symptoms and signs,and clinical efficacy.Results After treatment,the observation group had hs-CRP of(7.52±2.12)mg/L and PCT of(0.15±0.06)ng/ml,which were lower than those in the control group[(11.12±2.17)mg/L and(0.27±0.07)ng/ml],and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had FVC of(3.15±0.41)L,FEV1 of(2.61±0.12)L,and MMEF of(1.79±0.15)L/s,which were higher than those in the control group[(2.36±0.47)L,(2.03±0.16)L,and(1.50±0.12)L/s],and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to disappearance of fever,cough,expectoration and pulmonary rales in the observation group were(2.41±1.07),(5.82±1.03),(4.12±1.05)and(4.01±1.04)d,which were shorter than those in the control group[(3.82±1.04),(7.33±1.04),(7.01±1.35),and(5.71±1.41)d],and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than the control group's 80.00%,and the result was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Amoxicillin sodium and clavulanate potassium for injection combined with azithromycin is effective in treating Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,and can shorten the course of disease,accelerate remission of symptoms and promote lung function recovery in children.
