摘要
当前我国职教科研面临“散、弱、虚”的困境,急需体系化解决方案。对此,德国大学职教科研机构的建构逻辑与实践路径提供了重要参照。其设立不仅源于职教师资专业化的直接驱动,也植根于“双元制”带来的现实研究需求、大学拓展经费来源的战略选择,以及应对社会结构变革的需要。在实践样态上,这些机构形成了服务国家战略与产业发展的价值导向、前沿探索与经典深化并举的研究布局、跨界协同与制度保障的组织架构,以及多元产出与机制创新的成果转化四维特征。然而,其发展也面临项目驱动的创新易碎、学科融合的整合难题、科研与教学对资源的争夺、人员流动的知识断层以及国际合作难以扎根的现实挑战。基于此,我国应构建战略引领与自主探索相平衡的研究生态,建立分层协同的跨界合作机制,构建科研与人才协同发展的长效机制,建设系统化的知识管理体系,并推动国际合作向深度融合发展,以期走出一条中国特色职业教育科研发展道路。
Currently,China's vocational education research is fragmented,weak,and lacks substance,calling for systematic solutions.The institutional logic and practical experience of German university-based vocational education research institutions offer valuable insights.These institutions emerged in response to the professionalization of vocational teachers,practical research needs of the dual-system training model,universities'strategic pursuit of diversified funding,and the social structure changes.They exhibit four key features:a value orientation aligned with national strategies and industrial development;a research framework balancing innovation and classical depth;an organizational structure enabling cross-border collaboration;and a results-transformation model emphasizing diverse outputs and institutional innovation.Nonetheless,they face challenges such as unsustainable project-driven innovation,difficulties in interdisciplinary integration,competition between research and teaching,knowledge discontinuity due to staff turnover,and obstacles in sustaining international cooperation.Accordingly,China should cultivate a research ecosystem that balances strategic guidance with independent exploration,establish tiered cross-sector collaboration mechanisms,create sustainable synergy between research and talent development,implement systematic knowledge management,and promote deeper international integration.This approach will help forge a distinctive Chinese path in vocational education research.
