摘要
目的探讨成人高尿酸血症流行特征及影响因素。方法纳入11284例研究对象,数据来源于2015年中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)数据库,根据研究对象是否患有高尿酸血症将其分为病例组(n=1194)、对照组(n=10090),比较2组研究对象的年龄、性别、身体质量指数(BMI),以及甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血糖水平等,使用logistic回归分析探讨高尿酸血症的影响因素。结果11284例研究对象中高尿酸血症患者有1194例,患病率为10.58%,男性患病率为15.58%,女性患病率为8.08%。年龄≥45岁、高血压、饮酒、TG升高、LDL-C升高可能是高尿酸血症的危险因素(P<0.05),而女性、居住地为农村可能是成人高尿酸血症的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论高尿酸血症与性别、年龄、高血压、饮酒、TG升高、LDL-C升高密切相关,需针对高危人群开展重点防控。
Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of hyperuricemia in adults.MethodsA total of 11,284 participants were enrolled from the 2015China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS)database.Participants were categorized into a case group(n=1194)and a control group(n=10090)based on their hyperuricemia status.Comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of age,gender,body mass index(BMI),triglycer ides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),blood glucose,and other relevant factors.Logistic regression analysis was employed to explore the influencing factors of hyperuri cemia.ResultsAmong the 11284 participants,including 1194 patients with hyperuricemia,with a prevalence rate of 10.58%.Specifically,the prevalence rate was 15.58%among males and 8.08%among females.Age≥45 years,hypertension,alcohol con sumption,elevated TG,and elevated LDL-C were potential risk factors for hyperuricemia(P<0.05).Conversely,being female and residing in a rural area were potential protective factors for adult hyperuricemia(P<0.05).ConclusionHyperuricemia is closely associated with gender,age,hypertension,alcohol consumption,elevated TG levels,and elevated LDL-C levels.Targeted prevention and control measures should be implemented for high-risk populations.
