扬州鹅反季节繁殖的舍饲环境调控及影响因素研究进展

摘要 反季节繁殖技术通过人为干预调整鹅的自然繁殖周期,打破了鹅类自然繁殖的季节性限制,实现全年均衡生产,提高鹅的生产性能和经济收益,从而缓解了传统养殖模式中因季节性繁殖导致商品鹅供应短缺的问题。1997—2004年广东省推广反季节繁殖,并利用广东地方鹅品种取得了显著的经济收益。作为华东地区的热门品种,扬州鹅具有遗传性能稳定、年产蛋量高等特点,通过光照调控和饲养密度因素调控等可实现扬州鹅的反季节繁殖,进而提高扬州鹅的繁殖性能和经济价值。本文综述了扬州鹅反季节繁殖中的光照调控、饲养密度环境和疫病防疫等方面的相关研究,以期为扬州鹅的反季节繁殖生产提供参考。 Off-season reproduction technology adjusts the natural breeding cycle of geese through human intervention,breaking the seasonal constraints inherent in the natural reproduction of goose species.This enables year-round balanced production,enhances the production performance and economic returns of geese,and thus alleviates the issue of supply shortages of commercial geese caused by seasonal reproduction in traditional breeding models.From 1997 to 2004,off-season reproduction technology was promoted in Guangdong Province,and remarkable economic benefits were achieved by utilizing local goose breeds in the region.As a popular breed in East China,the Yangzhou goose is characterized by stable genetic performance and high annual egg production.Off-season reproduction of the Yangzhou goose can be realized through the regulation of photoperiod and factors such as stocking density,thereby improving its reproductive performance and economic value.This paper reviews relevant research on photoperiod regulation,stocking density environment,and disease prevention and control in the off-season reproduction of Yangzhou geese,aiming to offer references for the off-season reproduction production of Yangzhou geese.
