摘要
为确保国投湄洲湾煤炭码头工程大体积混凝土胸墙浇筑质量的可靠性,针对工程实施过程中所采用的混凝土质量控制技术开展了总结,分析结果表明:大体积混凝土胸墙结构施工质量控制需要从多原材料技术规格、混凝土拌合质量控制以及运输和浇筑振捣等多个环节进行严格把控;水化热对混凝土施工质量的影响需要采用有限元方法开展精细模拟,并采用适当工程措施降低水化热对混凝土施工质量的影响;工程施工完成后仍然需要对结构进行长期的观测与持续的养护。
In order to ensure the concrete casting quality of mass concrete breast wall,concrete quality control technologies applied in the projects were summarized as follows:the quality control of mass concrete breast wall involved in several steps,including the technical specifications of raw materials,concrete mixing quality,concrete transportation,concrete casting and vibration.The influence of hydration heat on concreting quality had to be precisely simulated by using finite element method.Appropriate measures should be taken to reduce the above impact.After the project was completed,the structure still required long-term observation and continuous maintenance.
