129份葡萄种质资源的鉴定与综合评价

Identification and Comprehensive Evaluation of 129 Grape Germplasm Resources

摘要 葡萄是中国重要的果树树种之一,新疆又是中国最大的葡萄产区。为了果实品质调控和品种培育提供理论依据,本研究在新疆地区采集了129份葡萄种质资源为材料,对129份葡萄种质的20个农艺性状采用相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析方法进行鉴定与评价。结果表明:主要葡萄产区存在丰富的表型变异,其中单果鲜重的变异系数最大,为117.89%。果穗重变异系数最小,为8.26%。主成分分析将8个葡萄品质评价因子简化为4个主成分,累计贡献率为70.605%,第一主成分为果实生长势因子,第二主成分为果实品质因子,第三主成分为果实风味因子,第四主成分为果实硬度因子。聚类分析在欧氏距离为10时,将129份葡萄种质划为4个类群,其中第Ⅳ类群综合表现较好,‘31-1’和‘沙巴珍珠’可作为早熟新品种选育亲本的材料,筛选出‘新郁’‘马奶子’‘红意大利’‘蓝宝石’‘红地球’‘SP522’‘金田园’‘SP740’可作为高产耐贮运种质培育。 Grape is one of the important fruit tree species in China,and Xinjiang is the largest grape producing area in China.In order to provide a theoretical basis for fruit quality and variety cultivation,129 grape germplasm resources were collected in Xinjiang,and 20 agronomic traits of 129 grape germplasms were identified and evaluated by correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that there were abundant phenotypic variation in the main grape regions,among which the coefficient of variation of single fruit fresh weight was the largest,which was 117.89%.The cluster weight coefficient of variation was the smallest,8.26%.The principal component analysis simplified the eight grape quality evaluation factors into four principal components,and the cumulative contribution rate was 70.605%,the first principal component was the fruit growth potential factor,the second principal component was the fruit quality factor,the third principal component was the fruit flavor factor,and the fourth principal component was the fruit hardness factor.When the Euclidean distance was 10,129 grape germplasms were divided into 4 groups,among which the IV group had good overall performance,and'31-1'and'Pearl of Csaba'could be used as materials for the selection of parents of early maturing new varieties,and'Xinyu','Manaizi','Red Italy','Sapphire','Red Earth','SP522','Jin Tianyuan',and'SP740'could be cultivated as high-yield and storage-resistant germplasm.
