摘要
研究甘蔗与蔗茅BC_(1)F_(1)创新种质的表型性状与染色体数目的关系,可探讨这些创新种质间的遗传差异。本研究对19份BC_(1)F_(1)创新种质材料进行染色体数目鉴定,并对这些创新种质与3份亲本材料的成熟期的株高、叶宽、叶长、节间长度、茎径、单茎重、田间锤度7个表型性状测定后结合染色体数目对参试材料的表型性状差异显著性、表型性状与染色体数目相关性、主成分分析。研究结果表明,19份材料的染色体数目为2n=78、80、82、84、86、94、96、98、104、106、110、154共12种不同类型;各个表型性状之间存极显著差异(P<0.01),遗传变异率为13.66%~49.91%。主成分分析发现染色体数目、锤度、茎径、叶宽、单茎重为综合评分的决定因子,其贡献率为50.392%;相关性分析表明与染色体数目极显著正相关的表型性状有茎径、叶宽,与锤度呈显著正相关关系、与节间长度呈极显著负相关关系;使用与染色体数目显著相关的表型性状进行聚类分析的结果表明22份材料可根据染色体数目分为5种类型;进一步的分析表明甘蔗与蔗茅间的BC_(1)F_(1)材料的染色体数目较少(蔗茅血缘比例高)的材料通常较细且节间较长、叶片较窄、锤度较低,而染色体数目较多(蔗茅血缘比例低)的材料表现为茎径较粗且节间较短、叶片较宽、锤度较高。研究结果显示甘蔗与蔗茅BC_(1)F_(1)创新种质材料的染色体及表型性状间有明显的相关性,且染色体不同的创新种质材料间具有明显的遗传差异。研究结果可为含蔗茅血缘的杂种后代材料在甘蔗育种中的进一步利用提供参考。
Study on the relationship between phenotypic traits and chromosome number in innovative germplasm of sugarcane and Erianthus fulvus BC_(1)F_(1),the genetic differences between these innovative germplasm can be explored.In this study,the chromosome number 19 BC_(1)F_(1)innovative germplasm materials were identified,and seven phenotypic traits including plant height,leaf width,leaf length,internode length,stalk diameter,stalk weight,and brix were also determined for these innovative germplasm and their parental materials at maturity.Then the significance of differences in phenotypic traits combined with chromosome number were analyzed,and the correlation between phenotypic traits and chromosome number and principal components of the participant analysis were performed.The results show that,the chromosome numbers of 19 materials were 2n=78,80,82,84,86,94,96,98,104,106,110,154,a total of 12 different types.The genetic variation rate was 13.66%~49.91%with very significant differences between the various phenotypic traits(P<0.01).Principal component analysis revealed chromosome number,brix,stalk diameter,leaf width,and stalk weight as determinants of the composite score with a contribution of 50.392%.Correlation analysis showed that the chromosome number of BC_(1)F_(1)material is closely related to the phenotypic traits of leaf width,stalk diameter,brix,and internode length,and the chromosome number was positively correlated with the leaf width,stalk diameter,and brix of this material,while it is negatively correlated with the internode length.The results of the cluster analysis using phenotypic traits significantly associated with chromosome number showed that the 22 materials could be classified into five types.Further analysis showed the BC_(1)F_(1)progenies with a low number of chromosomes(high proportion of E.fulvus genes)usually has a thin stalk,long internode length,narrower leaves and lower brix,while the material with a high number of chromosomes(low proportion of E.fulvus genes)has a thicker stalk,wider leaves,higher brix and shorter internode length.The results showed significant correlations between the chromosomal and phenotypic traits of the innovative germplasm materials of sugarcane and E.fulvus BC_(1)F_(1),and there were significant genetic differences between the innovative germplasm materials with different chromosomes.The results of this study may provide a reference for the further utilization of hybrid progeny materials containing E.fulvus lineage in sugarcane breeding.
