摘要
目的探讨子午流注择时穴位按压用于肠梗阻导管置管患者的临床疗效。方法选取医院消化科2021年5月至2022年5月收治的肠梗阻导管置管患者60例,采用便利抽样法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。两组均采用置管后常规治疗,观察组加用子午流注择时穴位按压。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者置管后第2,3天的导管游走长度显著延长,到达梗阻点时间显著缩短,置管后第3天的胃肠减压引流量显著减少,腹痛腹胀缓解时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论子午流注择时穴位按压用于肠梗阻导管置管患者,能提高导管游走长度,缩短导管到达梗阻点时间,可缓解腹痛腹胀。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of time-selected acupressure based on the Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow(Ziwu Liuzhu)theory in patients with intestinal obstruction catheter indwelling.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent intestinal obstruction catheter indwelling in the Department of Gastroenterology from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the convenience sampling method,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were administered routine post-indwelling care,while the observation group additionally received time-selected acupressure based on the Ziwu Liuzhu theory.Results Compared with those in the control group,the observation group showed a significantly longer catheter migration length on the 2nd and 3rd days after indwelling,a significantly shorter time for the catheter to reach the obstruction site,a significantly reduced gastrointestinal decompression drainage volume on the 3rd day,and a significantly shorter time for the relief of abdominal pain and distension(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of time-selected Ziwu Liuzhu acupressure in patients with intestinal obstruction catheter indwelling can improve catheter migration length,shorten the time to reach the obstruction site,and alleviate abdominal pain and distension.
