甘蔗病毒病种类、特性及抗病毒生物育种前沿技术

Classification and characteristics of sugarcane virus disease and the frontier technologies in antiviral biological breeding

摘要 近年来,甘蔗病毒病频繁流行暴发,其危害日益严重。为全面了解甘蔗病毒侵染及其致病机制,以“甘蔗”“病毒”为关键词,在中国知网和Web of Science数据库中检索2015—2025年甘蔗病毒病相关文献中文6篇,英文107篇,总结了近10年的甘蔗病毒发生情况及为害我国甘蔗生产的多种病毒,对不同类型的病毒粒子特性、基因组结构、发病症状、传播介体以及致病机制等进行综合分析,并就转基因技术、RNAi技术、基因编辑技术、新型药物开发以及智能化育种技术等在甘蔗抗病毒育种和病害防控中的应用前景进行展望。结果表明:1)可侵染甘蔗的病毒种类丰富,复合感染严重,目前我国甘蔗品种对病毒病总体抗性较差;2)甘蔗病毒病的发生与多种因素密切相关,包括品种抗性、环境条件及病毒传播途径;3)利用生物技术手段,例如转基因、RNAi、基因编辑和抗病毒药物研发等,有望提升甘蔗的抗病能力。综上,甘蔗病毒病的防治需要综合考虑多种因素,结合传统方法、现代生物技术手段,利用智能化育种策略筛选优势种质,以实现甘蔗的抗病、高糖、高产的最终目标。 Recently,sugarcane virus disease has frequently spread and erupted,showing an increasing tendency of prevalence.This study systematically summarized the current status and pathogenic mechanisms of sugarcane virus infections.Literatures published from 2015 to 2025 in CNKI and Web of Science databases were retrieved using‘sugarcane’and‘virus’as topics,and a total 6 Chinese and 107 English publications were reviewed.This review summarizes viral diseases affecting sugarcane in China over the last decade and analyzes the classification,virion characteristics,genome structure,symptoms,transmission vectors,and pathogenic mechanisms of different viruses and explores the potential of biotechnology,including transgenic technology,RNA interference(RNAi),gene editing,new medicine development,and intelligent breeding in developing virusresistant sugarcane varieties and diseases control strategies.The results indicate that:1)A diverse range of sugarcane viruses and severe co-infections are coupled with limited virus resistance in current Chinese sugarcane varieties;2)The occurrence of sugarcane viral diseases is related to variety resistance,environmental conditions,and virus transmission routes;3)Biotechnological strategies,including transgenics,RNAi,gene editing,and anti-viral medicine development offer promising avenues for enhancing viral disease resistance in sugarcane.In conclusion,effective sugarcane viral disease management requires a comprehensive approach integrating traditional methods,modern biotechnology,and intelligent breeding strategies to select superior cultivated sugarcane for disease resistance,high sugar content,and high production.
