摘要
干部教育培训是建设高素质干部队伍的先导性、基础性和战略性工程。建设好这一工程,必须自觉遵循新时代新征程干部教育培训的基本原则,如政治统领、服务大局,育德为先、注重能力等,分级分类、全面覆盖,联系实际、学以致用,与时俱进、守正创新,依规依法、从严管理;全面把握新时代新征程干部教育培训的主要内容。其中,党的理论教育是干部教育培训的根本,党性教育是干部教育培训的核心,提升履职能力是干部教育培训的目的,知识培训是干部教育培训的基础;不断创新新时代新征程干部教育培训的实践路径,持续提高政治能力,切实加强党性修养,全面提升专业素养,着力培养创新思维,系统强化干部教育培训机构。干部教育培训也是提升干部素质能力、推动党和国家事业发展的重要渠道。建设高素质干部队伍,必须发挥干部教育培训的重要作用。
Officials education and training is a pioneering,foundational,and strategic project for cultivating high-quality officials.To effectively carry out this project,it is essential to consciously adhere to the basic principles of officials education and training on the new journey of the new era,such as political leadership,serving the overall interests,prioritizing moral cultivation while emphasizing competence,categorizing by levels and types to ensure comprehensive coverage,linking theory with practice for practical application,keeping pace with the times while upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground,and managing strictly in accordance with regulations and laws.It is also crucial to fully grasp the main contents of officials education and training.Among these,theoretical education is the foundation,Party spirit education is its core,enhancing duty performance is its purpose,and knowledge training forms its basis.Furthermore,it is necessary to continuously innovate the practical approaches of officials education and training,persistently improve political capabilities,effectively strengthen Party spirit cultivation,comprehensively enhance professional competence,focus on fostering innovative thinking,and systematically strengthen officials education and training institutions.Officials education and training also serves as an important channel for improving the quality and capabilities of officials and advancing the cause of the Party and the state.To cultivate high-quality officials,the significant role of education and training must be fully leveraged.
