摘要
研究桶装饮用水生产过程中铜绿假单胞菌的污染控制。对惠州市35家桶装饮用水生产企业开展调研及采样检测,系统分析铜绿假单胞菌污染途径及关键控制点。结果表明,回收桶污染是主要污染源,优化桶处理过程控制是解决铜绿假单胞菌污染问题的关键。团队提出规范桶存放环境、采用高压旋转冲洗技术、实现消毒剂浓度自动监控与补充、避免消毒后的二次污染等针对性改进措施。
Investigate the control of Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination during the production of barreled drinking water.Based on investigations and sampling from 35 barreled water manufacturers in Huizhou City,the contamination pathways and critical control points for P.aeruginosa were systematically analyzed.The results showed that contamination of recycled barrels was identified as the primary source.Optimizing the control of the barrel handling process was key to addressing P.aeruginosa contamination.Targeted improvement measures were proposed,including standardizing barrel storage environments,adopting high-pressure rotary spray cleaning technology,implementing automated monitoring and replenishment of disinfectant concentration,and preventing post-disinfection recontamination.
