摘要
在新时代制造业发展背景下,液态模锻工艺作为一种先进的金属成型技术,成为提升产品性能的重要手段,其能有效消除传统铸造工艺中的常见缺陷,确保产品结构的均匀性。然而,农配网电力金具长期暴露于复杂的户外环境,对材料的耐用性提出更高要求。鉴于此,本文从液态模锻工艺的意义出发,提出利用先进的热力学模拟、工艺参数优化模型、简化模具结构设计以及智能检测技术的策略,旨在进一步提升农配网电力金具的生产质量。
Under the development background of advanced manufacturing in the new era,liquid die forging process,as an advanced metal forming technology,has become a crucial means to enhance product performance.It effectively eliminates common defects in traditional casting processes and ensures structural uniformity of products.However,agricultural distribution network power fittings are consistently exposed to complex outdoor environments,imposing higher requirements on material durability.In light of this,this paper begins with the significance of liquid die forging technology,proposing strategic improvements through advanced thermodynamic simulation,process parameter optimization models,simplified mold structure design,and intelligent detection technologies.These measures aim to further elevate the production quality of agricultural distribution network power fittings.
