摘要
中高成熟度页岩油物性及生产特性与常规原油存在较大差异,油品呈现凝固点低、气油比高、轻组分含量高等特点,油井产液初期高,但是递减快,采用传统的地面集输工艺及建设模式难以适应非常规油田低成本高效建产的需要。为了解决地面集输工艺适应性的问题,通过现场跟踪、化验分析、调试运行等方式,对中高成熟度页岩油物性及生产特性开展了研究。研究结果明确了页岩油物性特点及油井压力、出油温度、产量等的变化规律,确定了集输系统设计参数;结合油井布局,确定了油气混输或单井混输+中心井场+自压/增压分输的集输工艺;经试验区应用验证了工艺的适应性的同时,进一步优化设计参数,明确设计界限。研究成果可为页岩油规模开发提供配套集输工艺的技术路线。
Medium-high maturity shale oil exhibits significant differences in physical properties and production characteristics compared to conventional oil,characterized by low pour point,high gas-oil ratio and high content of light component.Liquid production of wells is high in the early stage but experiences rapid decline,making traditional surface gathering and transportation processes and construction models unsuitable for the low-cost and highefficiency development of unconventional oilfields.To address the adaptability challenges of surface gathering and transportation processes,physical properties and production characteristics of medium-high maturity shale oil are studied by means of field tracking,laboratory testing and operational adjustments.The research clarifies physical properties of shale oil and variation patterns of well pressure,oil temperature and production rate,determining the design parameters for gathering and transportation system.Based on the well layout,gathering and transportation technique of mixed oil-gas transportation or single-well mixed transportation+centralized well field+self-pressure/pressurized separate transportation is determined.Field application in test areas verifies the adaptability of techniques while further optimizing design parameters and establishing design boundaries.The research provides a technical pathway of supporting gathering and transportation process for large-scale development of shale oil.
