摘要
随着“双碳”战略推进及新能源产业快速发展,石油焦在锂电负极、高等级炭材料前驱体等领域的高附加值利用需求日益迫切,其本征结构研究成为关键支撑。本文系统综述石油焦本征结构的分析表征方法,从宏观到微观层面梳理技术体系:宏观层面采用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)及N2吸脱附(BET)等技术表征表观形貌与孔道特征;微观层面通过X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)及拉曼光谱(Raman)解析碳质有序结构、官能团分布、杂原子赋存状态及缺陷特征。重点阐述拉曼光谱在石油焦碳质结构细分(D1~D4峰及G峰)中的优势,及其与XRD联用对石墨微晶尺寸(L_(a)、L_(c))和有序度的表征价值。通过整合多技术分析体系,明确石油焦本征结构与应用性能的关联规律,为石油焦定向调控及高附加值利用提供理论参考。
With the advancement of the″double carbon″strategy and the rapid development of the new energy industry,the demand for high-value-added utilization of petroleum coke in fields such as lithium-ion battery anodes and high-grade carbon material precursors has become increasingly urgent,and the research on its intrinsic structure has become a critical support.This paper systematically reviews the characterization methods for the intrinsic structure of petroleum coke,sorting out the technical system from macro to micro levels.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM),and N2 adsorp-tion-desorption(BET)were used to characterize the apparent morphology,structure and pore characteristics;X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and Raman spectroscopy were em-ployed to analyze carbonaceous ordered structures,functional groups heteroatom occurrence states,and defect characteristics.The ad-vantages of Raman spectroscopy in subdividing petroleum coke's carbonaceous structures(D1~D4 peaks and G peak)were empha-sized,along with its value in characterizing graphite crystallite size(L_(a),L_(c))and order degree when combined with XRD.By integrating multi-technical analysis systems,the correlation between the intrinsic structure of petroleum coke and its application performance is clarified,providing theoretical references for the directional regulation and high-value-added utilization of petroleum coke.
