摘要
同气相求理论源于《易经·乾卦·文言》,其深刻内涵为自然界性质相似的事物之间总是互为感应,互为影响。金石药和肿瘤之间质地、形态、病势与药势、病性与药性的生物亲和力符合靶向定位和药势协同的治疗思维。医家基于“同气相求”理论,运用金石药治疗肺癌、食管癌、胃癌、血液系统肿瘤等疾病取得了良好的疗效,以金石药为主要组成的中成药和制剂也在抗癌领域发挥着独特作用。然而因其药势刚猛、毒性较强等因素,金石药在抗瘤领域的应用尚未广泛普及,故本文从理论和机制层面进一步深入探讨分析,以充分发挥其抗癌优势。
Originated from the“Wenyan”chapter of the Qian hexagram in I Ching,the theory of“sensation and response”posits that entities with similar intrinsic properties in nature always resonate and influence each other.The biological affinity between mineral drugs and tumors in texture,morphology,disease tendency and drug potential,and disease and drug properties is in line with the treatment thinking of targeted localization and drug potential synergy.Guided by the theory of“sensation and response”,traditional Chinese medicine practitioners have achieved significant outcomes using mineral drugs in treating lung cancer,esophageal carcinoma,gastric cancer,hematologic malignancies,and other diseases.Chinese patent medicines and preparations primarily composed of mineral drugs also play a unique role in the field of cancer treatment.Nevertheless,due to their potent efficacy and notable toxic side effects,mineral drugs have not yet gained widespread application in oncology.Therefore,this article further explores their theoretical foundations and mechanistic actions to optimize their anticancer potential.
