摘要
近年来,台风快速增强(Rapid Intensification,RI)事件的发生频次显著增加,对上层海洋结构和能量交换的影响愈发显著。然而,目前尚缺乏评估海洋再分析数据对在台风影响下上层海洋响应的刻画能力的系统性研究。本文以2019年台风“利奇马”为例,基于两套高分辨率海洋再分析数据集(CORA2与GLORYS12V1)和Argo浮标观测,对其台风快速增强阶段海洋环境特征进行了对比分析,重点关注台风快速增强前、中、后三个阶段上层海洋的变化。研究结果表明,不同再分析产品对上层海洋响应的模拟存在一定差异,其中CORA2数据能够模拟出台风影响下混合层和跃层的加深与变浅,反映的上层温、盐结构变化与观测结果比较接近。本研究通过分析上层海洋对台风的响应特征,以期为海洋再分析数据在台风过程的模拟效果提供参考。
In recent years,the frequency of rapid intensification(RI)events associated with typhoons has increased markedly,with their impact on upper ocean structure and energy exchange becoming increasingly significant.However,there is currently a lack of systematic research evaluating the ability of ocean reanalysis data to characterize the response of the upper ocean under typhoon influence.This study takes Typhoon"Lekima"in 2019 as a case study,utilizing two highresolution ocean reanalysis datasets(CORA2 and GLORYS12V1)and Argo buoy observations to conduct a comparative analysis of the oceanic environmental characteristics during the typhoon's rapid intensification phase.Particular emphasis is placed on changes in the upper ocean before,during,and after the rapid intensification stages.The results indicate that there are certain differences in the simulation of upper ocean responses among different reanalysis products.The CORA2data can simulate the deepening and shallowing of the mixed layer and the thermocline under typhoon influence,with the simulated upper ocean temperature and salinity structure changes being relatively close to observational results.This study aims to provide references for the simulation performance of ocean reanalysis data in typhoon processes by analyzing the response characteristics of the upper ocean to typhoons.
