摘要
随着无人机技术的快速发展,无人机广泛应用于农业生产、物流运输、电网线路检查等各领域,但无人机飞行过程中会遇到一些突发情况,例如高空横风的扰动、控制器信号丢失、电池出现故障异常等,进而导致坠机事故发生。设计了一款无人机智能应急降落伞装置,该装置可安装于机身上方,其带有各类传感器及GPS定位模块,当检测到无人机处于失控状态急速坠落时自动打开降落伞,保护无人机缓慢下降,从而减少设备及地面人员损伤。首先介绍了装置的总体设计思路与方案,然后介绍了该置的控制系统与机械结构设计,最后介绍了该装置的测试效果。
With the rapid development of UAV technology,UAVs are widely used in various fields such as agricultural production,logistics transportation,power grid line inspection,etc.,but UAVs will encounter some emergencies in the flight process,such as the disturbance of high-altitude crosswind,the loss of controller signal,the failure of battery and other abnormalities,which will lead to the accident of crash.A kind of intelligent emergency parachute device for UAV is designed,which can be installed on the top of the body,with various sensors and GPS positioning module.When the UAV is detected to be out of control and falling rapidly,the parachute will open automatically to protect the UAV to slow down and reduce the damage of equipment and ground personnel.Firstly,the overall design idea and scheme of the device are introduced,then the control system and mechanical structure design of the device are introduced,and finally the test effect of the device is introduced.
