摘要
生箔机是电解铜箔领域中极为关键的设备,在生箔机电解生产铜箔的过程中,阳极槽内会产生对铜箔表观质量、人体和环境有害的微量硫酸雾,该酸雾通过管道被酸雾抽风塔收集并作净化处理。在这个过程中如何控制好酸雾抽风塔抽风频率是生箔过程中最重要的环节。在线检测技术可以应用在阳极槽侧向溢流抽风口处,监测阳极槽内抽风管道的风速,以便保证电解产生的酸雾被及时抽走。主要对生箔机侧酸雾抽风检测与调节提供了一种优化思路,以期对铜箔装备的生产智能化和工艺智能化提供一种新的解决途径。
The crude foil engine is an extremely critical equipment in the field of electrolytic copper foil production.During the electrolytic production of copper foil in the crude foil engine,trace amounts of sulfuric acid mist harmful to the apparent quality of the copper foil,human health,and the environment will be generated in the anode tank.This acid mist is collected and purified by the acid mist exhaust tower through pipelines.How to control the exhaust frequency of the acid mist exhaust tower during this process is also the most important link in the foil production process.Online detection technology can be applied at the lateral overflow exhaust outlet of the anode tank to monitor the wind speed of the exhaust duct inside the anode tank in order to ensure that the acid mist generated by electrolysis is promptly extracted.This article mainly provides an optimization idea for the detection and adjustment of acid mist exhaust on the side of the crude foil engine,in order to provide a solution for the production intelligence and process intelligence of copper foil equipment.
