摘要
针对采煤机滚筒调高系统存在的受外部环境影响较大、数据反馈不准确、感应灵敏度差的问题,设计一种基于改进型模糊控制的采煤机滚筒调高控制系统。通过获取采煤机调高油缸无杆腔、有杆腔内的压力,经模糊控制器后输出可用于控制电磁比例阀的电流控制指令,动态调节阀芯的运行方向和开口度,达到自适应调节滚筒高度的目的。实验结果表明:该系统不受外部环境影响、数据反馈精确,提高了采煤机调高系统的稳定性和实时性,具有较好的经济和社会效益。
In the view of the problems of shearer drum height adjustment system,which is greatly affected by external environment,inaccurate data feedback and poor sensitivity,a shearer drum height adjustment control system based on improved fuzzy control is designed.By obtaining the pressure in the rodless cavity and the rod-bearing cavity of the shearer’s adjusting cylinder,the fuzzy controller can output the current control command which can be used to control the electro-hydraulic proportional valve,and dynamically adjust the running direction and opening degree of the valve core to achieve the purpose of self-adjusting the drum height.The experimental results show that the system is not affected by external environment,the data feedback is accurate,and the stability and real-time performance of the shearer height-adjusting system are improved,and it has good economic and socI al benefits.
