基于STM32的EtherCAT从站研究与实现

摘要 EtherCAT是一种基于以太网的实时工业现场总线协议,具有高速、低成本、易集成等优点。基于STM32微控制器,研究并实现了EtherCAT从站的设计。通过EtherCAT的概述介绍了协议的基本原理和特点,然后详细阐述了基于STM32的EtherCAT从站的硬件电路设计和软件实现过程,最后通过实验验证了该EtherCAT从站的性能指标,包括实时性、通信速率等。实验结果表明:基于STM32的EtherCAT从站能够满足工业现场的实时性和高速通信要求。 EtherCAT is a real-time industrial fieldbus protocol based on Ethernet,which has advantages such as high speed,low cost,and easy integration.Based on STM32 microcontroller,the design of EtherCAT slave station was studied and implemented.The basic principles and characteristics of the protocol were introduced through an overview of EtherCAT,followed by a detailed explanation of the hardware circuit design and software implementation process of the EtherCAT slave based on STM32.Finally,the performance indicators of the EtherCAT slave,including real-time performance and communication speed,were verified through experiments.The experimental results show that the EtherCAT slave based on STM32 can meet the real-time and high-speed communication requirements of industrial sites.
