摘要
冬季供暖时,部分小区由于处于供热下游,导致室内温度较低。为解决供热不均衡问题,以AT89C51单片机为计算核心,采用霍尔流量传感器和DS18B20温度传感器测量水的流量和进、回水口温度,设计了一款微型热量表,分析了可能产生的误差和干扰。该设计通过精确计量用户使用的热量来计费,既能够保障供暖下游用户计费的合理性,又可以通过价格机制倒逼上游用户合理用暖,从而实现整个城市的智慧供暖。
Winter heating is an important indicator related to people's livelihood.After the start of winter every year,all parts of north China will start heating one after another.In order to ensure that each household can be normally heated,various departments have formulated heating protection measures,effectively alleviating the heating pressure.However,some residential areas are located in the downstream of heating,resulting in low indoor temperature.In order to solve the problem of unbalanced heating,this paper uses 80C51 single chip microcomputer as the calculation core,adopts Hall flow sensor and DS18B20 temperature sensor to measure water flow and inlet and inlet temperature,and designs a miniature heat meter.The possible errors and interference and the solutions are analyzed.The design can accurately measure the amount of heat used by the user,so that it can be charged by the heat used,rather than the traditional heating area.On the one hand,it can ensure the rationality of the charging of downstream users of heating,and on the other hand,it can force upstream users to use reasonable heating through the price mechanism,so as to ensure the smart heating of the whole city.
