散状颗粒物重力势能捕获发电装置测控系统设计

摘要 目前重力势能发电在可再生能源中所占比重越来越大,设计了一套散状颗粒物重力势能捕获发电装置测控系统。通过采集发电装置运行过程中的扭矩和转速数据,分析能量回收的效率,并实时显示打印这些数据。同时考虑到矿物输送存在质量分布不均造成料斗运行中断等扰动,增加了调速电机抑制系统的转速波动,设计了PID控制器控制调速电机运行,通过在线修订的方式随转速差整定PID控制器参数,使得系统的发电出力较为平稳。 At present,the proportion of gravity potential energy generation in renewable energy is increasing.This article designs a measurement and control system for a scattered particle gravity potential energy capture power generation device.By collecting torque and speed data during the operation of the power generation device,analyzing the efficiency of energy recovery,and displaying and printing these data in real time.At the same time,considering the disturbance caused by uneven quality distribution in mineral transportation,such as interruption of hopper operation,the rotational fluctuation of the speed regulating motor suppression system was increased.A PID controller was designed to control the operation of the speed regulating motor.By reasonably tuning the PID parameters,the system speed can quickly recover to the target speed,thereby ensuring the continuous and stable output of the generator.
