摘要
某半挂货车行驶时车轮轮辐断裂导致车轮脱落,为确定出车轮轮辐断裂原因,对其进行了宏观形貌观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、显微组织检验和微观断口分析。分析结果表明,车轮轮辐断裂形式为受外力作用下的混合型断裂。
An analysis of the causes of the fracture of the wheel and associated spoke components that fell off a certain semi-trailer truck was performed using methods such as macroscopic morphological observation,chemical composition analysis,mechanical performance testing,microscopic structure inspection,and microscopic fracture analysis.The results indicate that the fracture mode of the broken spoke was a mixed fracture caused by external forces.
