摘要
针对铝板包装机组对上木托盘的功能需求,在统计了木托盘规格尺寸规律的基础上,研发了铝卷包装机组的核心部分——自动上木托盘工艺装置。介绍了该工艺装置的设备组成及工艺流程,并研发了板垛夹持装置、便于上木托盘的顶升装置以及木托盘起吊控制方法等创新技术。机组自投产以来,运行稳定可靠,操作简单,降低了工人的劳动强度,具有进一步推广应用的价值,也为同类机组的研究设计提供了参考。
In response to the functional requirements of aluminum sheet packaging line for wooden pallet loading,China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd developed the core part of aluminum coil packaging line-automatic wooden pallet loading process equipment.This paper analyzes and statistics the law of the size of the wooden pallet,introduces the equipment composition and process flow of the process device,and develops innovative technologies such as pallet holding device,the lifting device for the wooden pallet,and the lifting control method for the wooden pallet.Since the unit was put into operation,the operation is stable and reliable,the operation is simple,the labor intensity is reduced,and it has the value of further popularization,and provides a reliable reference for the research and design of similar units.
