摘要
为探讨高速重载下非圆齿轮的闪温变化特性,基于Blok闪温理论,采用当量齿数法对非圆齿轮的温升进行计算,分析了偏心率和压力角对非圆齿轮齿面温升的影响。研究结果表明:最大闪温值出现在主动轮齿根和从动轮齿顶处,在节圆附近处闪温值近似为零;在最小节曲线向径处的轮齿闪温值远大于最大节曲线向径处;闪温值随着偏心率的增加和压力角的减小呈现出不同程度的增加。
In order to explore the flash temperature variation characteristics of non-circular gears under high speed and heavy load,based on the Blok flash temperature theory,the equivalent number of teeth method was used to calculate the temperature rise of non-circular gears,and the effects of eccentricity and pressure angle on the temperature rise of non-circular gears were analyzed.The results show that the maximum flash temperature value occurs at the root of the driving gear tooth and the top of the driven gear tooth,and the flash temperature value is approximately zero near the pitch circle.The tooth flash temperature value at the minimum section curve is much larger than that at the maximum section curve radius.The flash temperature value increases to varying degrees with the increase of eccentricity and the decrease of pressure angle.
