盘形凸轮的数控仿真加工分析

摘要 针对凸轮机构从动件偏距不为零带来的凸轮曲线编程难题,提出一种参数化编程方法。该方法基于从动件运动规律,运用解析法写出凸轮理论轮廓曲线方程;再依据凸轮实际轮廓与理论轮廓的等距曲线关系,合理设置各加工阶段的误差补偿值;最后基于凸轮特征定义主要局部变量,采用参数化编程方法得到实际轮廓曲线的数控程序。仿真结果表明:参数化编程方法能解决凸轮机构从动件偏距不为零带来的编程难题,为同类复杂凸轮零件的数控编程提供了参考。 This paper proposes a parameterized programming method to address the programming issue of non-zero offset of the driven components in cam mechanisms.This method is based on the motion law of the driven component,and the theoretical contour curve equation of the cam is written using analytical methods.Based on the equidistant curve relationship between the actual contour and the theoretical contour of the cam,the error compensation values for each processing stage are reasonably set.Finally,a parametric programming method is adopted to define the main local variables based on cam features,and obtain the numerical control program for the actual contour curve.The simulation results show that the parameterized programming method can solve the programming problem caused by the non-zero offset of the cam mechanism follower,and provide reference for CNC programming of similar complex cam parts.
