摘要
针对大流量乳化液泵配流过程中内部流场复杂多变和不可控因素较多的问题,对乳化液泵排液阀进行了排液过程流场分析。以BRW630/37.5型五柱塞式乳化液泵为研究对象,分别建立了该泵的三维模型和吸排液过程动态仿真模型,对该泵三维模型进行了流道模型的抽取和网格划分,以动态仿真结果确定模型变量,利用CFD分析软件得到了排液阀开启和关闭过程中阀腔内部及进液口的流速和压力随柱塞速度的变化规律,分析结果可为进一步掌握乳化液泵排液阀在配流过程中所受液动力情况提供参考。
Aiming at the problems of complex and changeable internal flow field and many uncontrollable factors in the flow distribution process of large flow emulsion pump,the flow field of emulsion pump discharge valve was analyzed.In this paper,brw630/37.5 five plunger emulsion pump is taken as the research object.Firstly,the three-dimensional model of the pump and the dynamic simulation model of the suction and discharge process are established respectively.Secondly,the three-dimensional model of the pump is extracted and meshed.Finally,the model variables are determined by the dynamic simulation results.Using CFD analysis software,the variation laws of the flow rate and pressure in the valve chamber and the valve core with the plunger speed during the opening and closing of the discharge valve are obtained.The analysis results can provide a valuable reference for further understanding the hydrodynamic conditions of the discharge valve of emulsion pump in the process of flow distribution.
