摘要
在对光谱、质谱、色谱、离子迁移谱等谱图进行分析时,最重要的环节就是谱图特征的提取,而谱图特征提取的一种方法就是通过谱图寻峰算法实现。为实现其快速有效的寻峰算法,采用了基于曲线拟合结合二次曲线函数的求导法,通过拟合函数一阶导数及二阶导数从而快速准确实现寻峰算法。通过测试数据实验验证了其具有很强的适应性,能够准确识别重叠峰、肩峰、拖尾峰等各种峰形,具备较高的工程实用价值。
In the analysis of spectrum,mass spectrometry,chromatography,ion migration spectrum and other spectra,the most important step is the extraction of spectral features,and one method of spectral feature extraction is realized through spectral peak search algorithm.To achieve a fast and effective peak finding algorithm,This article adopts a method based on curve fitting combined with quadratic curve function differentiation,which quickly and accurately implements peak finding algorithm by fitting the first and second derivatives of the function.Through testing data experiments,it has strong adaptability and can accurately identify various peak types such as heavy peaks,shoulder peaks,tail peaks,etc.,with high accuracy and good engineering practical value.
