摘要
在信息时代下,人工智能(Artificiai Intellifence,AI)技术的应用越来越广泛,为助力高校智慧化改革,高校图书馆也需要推进智慧化建设脚步,引用更多的AI技术以提升图书馆的智慧化服务。因此,为实现图书馆服务创新,需要基于文献分析等研究形式对AI技术进行阐述,从服务成效、资源挖掘、用户互动等方面分析技术的应用意义,并针对性地提出构建智能推荐系统、落实自动化管理服务、打造知识发现与服务平台、强化数据安全与隐私保护等AI技术应用下的高校图书馆智慧服务策略。
In the information age,the application of Artificial Intelligence(Al)technology is becoming increasingly widespread.In order to help the intelligent reform of universities,university libraries also need to promote the pace of intelligent construction and cite more AI technologies to improve the intelligent service of libraries.Therefore,in order to achieve innovation in library services,it is necessary to elaborate on AI technology based on literature analysis and other research forms,analyze the significance of technology application from the aspects of service effectiveness,resource mining,user interaction,etc.,and targeted strategies for smart services in university libraries under the application of AI technology,such as building intelligent recommendation systems,implementing automated management services,creating knowledge discovery and service platforms,and strengthening data security and privacy protection.
