摘要
为提高井控设备的可靠性与管理效率,本文设计了一套无线远程监控云智能系统。该系统深度整合电子身份信息、数据采集、无线传输与智能监控,实现了对井控设备的全方位、精准监控。经系统测试,电子身份信息读取准确,数据采集精准及时且防爆设计可靠,无线传输稳定、有效,智能监控各终端报警及时、响应迅速。测试结果表明,系统功能达标,可以为石油行业井控设备管理提供有益借鉴与实践参考。
In order to improve the reliability and management efficiency of well control equipment,this paper designs an intelligent cloud system for wireless remote monitoring.The system deeply integrates electronic identity information,data collection,wireless transmission,and intelligent monitoring,achieving comprehensive and accurate monitoring of well control equipment.Through system testing,the electronic identity information is accurately read,data collection is precise and timely,and the explosion-proof design is reliable.The wireless transmission is stable and effective,and the intelligent monitoring of each terminal alarm is timely and responsive.The test results show that the system functions meet the standard and can provide useful reference and practical guidance for the management of well control equipment in the petroleum industry.
