摘要
地名是基础地理信息,与空间位置具有天然的联系。为满足地名管理信息化建设的需求,本文采用云计算、互联网、地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)、倾斜摄影、二三维一体化等关键技术,采用地名“一张图”设计思想,建设省/市地名公共服务平台,解决地名数据库动态更新、地名信息跨部门共享服务等问题,满足地名公众服务的需求,从而积极发挥地名在社会管理中的作用。
Place names are fundamental geographic information that have a natural connection with spatial location.In order to meet the needs of information construction of place name management,this paper uses cloud computing,Internet,Geographic Information System(GIS),key technologies such as oblique photography and 2D and 3D integration,adopting the design concept of"one map"for place names,constructing a provincial/municipal place name public service platform,solving the problems of dynamic updating of place name databases and cross departmental sharing of place name information services,meeting the needs of place name public services,so as to actively play the role of place names in social management.
