摘要
针对耐高温复合涂层固化喷涂过程中存在的涂层厚度误差高、固化温度控制精度不足、复杂表面喷涂均匀性差等问题,设计一种基于PLC的耐高温复合涂层固化喷涂系统。采用西门子PLC作为核心控制器,结合温度传感器、压力传感器、多轴运动模组及通信接口,构建硬件控制系统;通过梯形图编程实现喷涂轨迹规划、固化温度闭环调节及故障报警功能,软件设计涵盖参数化控制与实时监测。系统测试表明,涂层厚度误差≤±3μm,固化温度控制精度≤±1℃,复杂曲面喷涂均匀性均高于98%,为实现涂层质量稳定化提供了有力保障。
Aiming at the problems of high coating thickness error,insufficient curing temperature control accuracy and poor spraying uniformity on complex surfaces in the curing spraying process of high temperature resistant composite coatings,a curing spraying system for high temperature resistant composite coatings based on PLC was designed.Siemens PLC is used as the core controller,combined with temperature sensors,pressure sensors,multi-axis motion modules and communication interfaces to build a hardware control system.The functions of spraying trajectory planning,closed-loop adjustment of curing temperature and fault alarm are realized by ladder diagram programming,and the software design covers parametric control and real-time monitoring.System tests show that the coating thickness error is≤±3μm,the curing temperature control accuracy is≤±1℃,and the spraying uniformity of complex curved surfaces is higher than 98%,which provides a strong guarantee for the stabilization of coating quality.
