摘要
智慧消防系统依托物联网、大数据等技术,可实现火灾风险的动态监测、智能预警与精准防控,为提升化工园区安全管理水平提供关键支撑。文章分析了化工园区消防监督现状及火灾风险特征,系统探讨了智慧消防系统在园区安全管控中的应用路径。研究表明,智慧消防系统与动态火灾风险评估的协同应用、全过程消防监管体系的智慧化升级、企业消防安全主体责任的智慧化落实,以及消防救援能力的智能化提升,是实现化工园区消防安全管理创新的核心手段。在此基础上,进一步提出政策支持与制度保障、技术升级与系统集成、人员培训与管理优化等实施路径,为智慧消防系统在化工园区的规模化应用提供理论依据与实践参考。
Relying on the Internet of things,big data and other technologies,the intelligent fire control system can realize the dynamic monitoring,intelligent early warning and accurate prevention and control of fire risk,and provide key support for improving the safety management level of chemical parks.This paper analyzes the current situation of fire supervision and fire risk characteristics of chemical industry park,and systematically discusses the application path of intelligent fire control system in the safety control of the park.The research shows that the collaborative application of intelligent fire protection system and dynamic fire risk assessment,the intelligent upgrading of the whole process fire supervision system,the intelligent implementation of the main responsibility of enterprise fire safety,and the intelligent improvement of fire rescue capabilities are the core means to realize the innovation of fire safety management in chemical industry parks.On this basis,the implementation paths of policy support and system guarantee,technology upgrading and system integration,personnel training and management optimization are further proposed,which provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the large-scale application of intelligent fire control system in chemical industry parks.
