摘要
化工行业是国民经济的基础产业和支柱产业,承担着能源、原材料等基础物质的生产任务。袋式除尘器是化工行业重要的环保设备,起到末端环保除尘、细颗粒物产品回收及岗位尘净化的作用。与能源行业燃煤锅炉用袋式除尘设备相比,化工行业的袋式除尘设备处理的气体常含有易燃、易爆和腐蚀性气体,颗粒物种类也千差万别,对袋式除尘设备的设计要求和管理更为严格。文章对化工行业袋式除尘设备安全运行影响因素进行分析,确定设备安全运行重要影响因素的安全阈值,提出了化工行业袋式除尘设备设计、运行等方面的安全管理措施,为化工行业袋式除尘设备安全稳定运行提供技术参考。
The chemical industry is the fundamental and pillar industry of the national economy,responsible for the production of basic substances such as energy and raw materials.Bag filter is an important environmental protection equipment in the chemical industry,which plays a role in end of pipe environmental dust removal,fine particle product recovery,and post dust purif ication.Compared with bag filter equipment used in coal-fired boilers in the energy industry,bag filter equipment in the chemical industry often processes gases that are flammable,explosive,and corrosive,and the types of particulate matter vary greatly.Therefore,the design requirements and management of bag filter equipment are more stringent.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the safe operation of bag filter equipment in the chemical industry,determines the safety threshold of important influencing factors,and proposes safety management measures for dust removal equipment in the design and operation of bag filters in the chemical industry,providing technical reference for the safe and stable operation of dust removal equipment in the chemical industry.
