基于PLC的啤酒罐装线控制系统设计

摘要 为了使自动化技术高效应用于啤酒罐装线生产中,设计了基于PLC的啤酒罐装线控制系统。采用西门子S7-200Smart CPU ST30型PLC作为主要控制器,通过方案对比确定了系统总体设计方案。硬件系统设计包括控制设备选型、主电路设计、I/O表设计及PLC外部接线图设计等;软件系统开发包括流程图设计、梯形图编程以及组态监控界面开发,通过软硬件调试对系统的性能进行验证。调试结果表明:所设计的啤酒罐装线控制系统运行稳定,各功能模块工作正常,满足啤酒罐装工艺的控制要求,实现了现场自动运行与HMI监控操作的有机结合,达到了预期设计目标,为啤酒灌装生产提供了可靠的控制解决方案。 To efficiently apply the automation technology to the production of beer canning line,the control system of beer canning line is designed based on PLC.Siemens S7-200Smart CPU ST30 PLC is used as the main controller,and the overall design scheme of the system is determined through scheme comparison.The hardware system design includes control equipment selection,main circuit design,I/O table design and PLC external wiring diagram design.The software system developed includes flow chart design,ladder diagram programming and configuration monitoring interface development.Finally,the performance of the system is verified by hardware and software debugging.The results show that the designed control system of beer canning line can operate stably,and each functional module works normally,which meets the control requirements of beer canning process,realizes the organic combination of on-site automatic operation and HMI monitoring operation,and achieves the expected design goal,providing a reliable control solution for beer canning production.
