基于数字孪生技术的国有林场数智化转型案例研究

Case Study on the Digital and Intelligent Transformation of State-owned Forest Farms Based on Digital Twin Technology

摘要 面对森林经营和资源管护的现代化发展要求,新一代数字化智能化技术将对国有林场深化改革起到巨大推动作用。在数智化转型背景下,基于创新生态系统理论和知识管理领域DIKW层级模型,采用探索性案例研究方法,梳理分析河北省塞罕坝机械林场林木资源精细化管理系统建设过程及其作用成效,挖掘数字孪生技术赋能国有林场管理理论和创新机制。研究发现:案例围绕国有林场数智化建设,依次从数据采集、场景构建、模拟仿真、孪生展示等逐步推进,构建了包括数据感知体系、信息处理体系、知识积累体系、智能执行体系在内的数字孪生赋能国有林场治理方法体系,建立了价值传递、生态耦合、场景服务等创新管理机制,实现了物理世界和虚拟世界之间的数字化映射和智能化管理,为国有林场数智化管理提供一种新的研究视角与实践路径。 Facing the contemporary development requirements for forest management and resource protection,the next generation of digital and intelligent technologies will play a pivotal role in advancing the deepening reform of state-owned forest farms.Under the backdrop of digital and intelligent transformation,this study draws on the theory of innovation ecosystems and the DIKW hierarchical model in knowledge management to employ an exploratory case study approach.The research systematically examines and evaluates the construction process and effectiveness of the refined management system for forest resources at the Saihanba Mechanical Forest Farm in Hebei Province.Furthermore,it investigates the theoretical principles and innovation mechanisms underlying the empowerment of state-owned forest farms through digital twin technology.The research findings reveal that the case studies concentrate on the digital and intelligent transformation of state-owned forest farms.This transformation progresses systematically through stages including data acquisition,scenario modeling,simulation and emulation,as well as digital twin visualization.A comprehensive governance methodology framework for state-owned forest farms,enabled by digital twin technology,has been established.This framework encompasses a data perception module,an information processing module,a knowledge accumulation architecture,and an intelligent execution mechanism.Furthermore,innovative management mechanisms such as value transfer,ecological coupling,and scenario-based services have been developed to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.It has realized digital mapping and intelligent management linking the physical world with the virtual world,thereby offering a novel research perspective and a practical approach for the digital and intelligent management of state-owned forest farms.
