电力巡检机器人的应用现状与关键技术分析

摘要 随着智能电网建设的不断深入,电力巡检机器人作为一种新型智能化巡检手段,逐渐成为提升电力运维效率与降低安全风险的重要工具。文中剖析了电力巡检机器人在不同场景下的应用现状,包括变电站室内外巡视、输电线路及配电房巡检等,同时通过典型产品与工程案例展示了实践效果。另外,讨论了机器人在自主导航、图像识别、通信数据传输、多传感器融合、任务调度、路径规划等任务中应用的关键技术,并对其未来发展趋势进行了展望。 As smart grid development continues to advance,power inspection robots have emerged as a new intelligent inspection method,gradually becoming a vital tool for enhancing power operation and maintenance efficiency while reducing safety risks.This paper analyzes the current application status of power inspection robots across various scenarios,including indoor and outdoor patrols in substations,transmission line inspections,and distribution room monitoring.Practical outcomes are demonstrated through case studies of representative products and projects.Additionally,it discusses key technologies applied in tasks such as autonomous navigation,image recognition,communication data transmission,multi-sensor fusion,task scheduling,and path planning,while also outlining future development trends.
