摘要
文中基于财务智能化趋势,深度剖析了医院财务管理的信息化建设路径。针对现存技术架构的隐形陷阱、组织协同的深层阻碍、数据价值转化的困境等问题,提出了创新路径,包括革新数字基建,夯实信息化建设根基:重塑组织生态,激发信息化建设活力;激活数据要素,释放信息化建设价值。旨在推动医院财务管理数字化转型,提升运营效率,为医院高质量发展筑牢财务根基。
Based on the trend of financial intelligence,this paper deeply analyzes the informationization construction path of hospital financial management.Aiming at the hidden traps of existing technological architecture,deep obstacles to organizational collaboration,and the dilemma of data value transformation,innovative paths have been proposed,including reforming digital infrastructure and consolidating the foundation of information construction;Reshaping organizational ecology and stimulating the vitality of information technology construction;Activate data elements and unleash the value of information technology construction.Intended to promote the digital transformation of hospital financial management,improve operational efficiency,and lay a solid financial foundation for the high-quality development of hospitals.
