摘要
在核电厂中,1E级蓄电池的应用十分关键,可以在核电厂供电中出现问题时,作为其最后一道安全保护屏障,从而确保核电厂设备安全运行。因此,1E级蓄电池的选择十分关键。VRLA电池作为阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池,具有密闭性强、安全性高、使用成本低等特点,若将其用作核电厂1E级蓄电池,可有效满足其功能性需求。基于此,该文以VRLA电池与1E级蓄电池特点作为切入点,简要论述VRLA电池作为核电厂1E级蓄电池的可行性判断原则,并对正极板栅腐蚀、正极活性物质软化、负极汇流排腐蚀、电解液干涸、热失控和不可逆硫酸盐化等6大失效模式加以分析,从而对VRLA电池作为核电厂1E级蓄电池的可行性分析工作提供参考。
In nuclear power plants,the application of Class 1E batteries is critical.They can serve as the last safety protection barrier when problems arise in the power supply of nuclear power plants,thereby ensuring the safe operation of nuclear power plant equipment.Therefore,the choice of Class 1E batteries is critical.As a valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery,VRLA battery has the characteristics of strong tightness,high safety,and low cost.If it is used as a 1E-class battery in a nuclear power plant,it can effectively meet its functional requirements.Based on this,taking the characteristics of VRLA batteries and 1E-class batteries as the starting point,we briefly discuss the feasibility judgment principles of VRLA batteries as 1E-class batteries in nuclear power plants,and analyze six failure modes:positive grid corrosion,positive active material softening,negative bus corrosion,electrolyte dryness,thermal runaway,and irreversible sulfation,thus providing reference for the feasibility analysis of VRLA batteries as 1E-class batteries in nuclear power plants.
