摘要
目的:探讨转变体位护理结合舒适化干预对新生儿肺炎患儿的影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月广州市中西医结合医院诊治的95例新生儿肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组(47例)和观察组(48例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合转变体位护理结合舒适化干预。对比两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组呼吸频率低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组发热消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、湿啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.001);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.025);观察组家长满意度高于对照组(P=0.007)。结论:转变体位护理结合舒适化干预可改善新生儿肺炎患儿的呼吸状况,加速病情恢复,降低并发症发生风险,提高家长满意度。
Objective:To explore the influence of positional change nursing combined with comfort intervention on children with neonatal pneumonia.Methods:A total of ninety-five children with neonatal pneumonia diagnosed and treated in Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(48 cases).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group,on the basis of the control group,combined with positional change nursing and comfort intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the nursing care,the respiratory rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).The disappearance time of fever,cough and wet rales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.025).The satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.007).Conclusion:Positional change nursing combined with comfort intervention can improve the respiratory condition of neonates with pneumonia,accelerate the recovery of the disease,reduce the risk of complications,and increase the satisfaction of parents.
