摘要
目的:分析预见性护理在糖尿病患者预防低血糖事件中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年9月广州市番禺区中医院收治的糖尿病患者118例作为研究对象,以电脑随机抽签方式分为对照组(n=59,常规护理)、观察组(n=59,在对照组基础上采用预见性护理)。对比两组各项指标差异。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分较对照组低(P<0.001);护理后,观察组社会功能、精神健康、情感职能、生理机能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、生理职能评分较对照组高(P<0.001);观察组低血糖发生率较对照组低(P=0.008)。结论:预见性护理可有效预防糖尿病患者出现低血糖事件,减轻患者负面情绪,提高生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of predictive nursing in preventing hypoglycemic events in diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 118 diabetic patients admitted to Guangzhou Panyu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group(n=59,conventional care)and the observation group(n=59,predictive care was adopted on the basis of the control group)by computer lottery.The differences in various indicators between the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing care,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale and the self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).After the nursing care,the scores of social function,mental health,emotional function,physiological function,physical pain,general health status,energy and physiological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.008).Conclusion:Predictive nursing can effectively prevent hypoglycemic events in diabetic patients,alleviate their negative emotions,and improve their quality of life.
