摘要
目的:探讨常规治疗联合中药热庵包缓解静脉全身麻醉下钳刮术后疼痛的临床效果。方法:选取2024年1—12月于茂名市妇幼保健院接受静脉全身麻醉下钳刮术的200例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各100例。对照组接受常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上增加中药热庵包外敷。比较两组术后疼痛程度、舒适度及不良反应发生情况。结果:首次治疗后30 min,研究组数字评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.001);研究组舒适度高于对照组(P<0.001);两组不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药热庵包能有效缓解静脉全身麻醉下钳刮术后疼痛,提高患者舒适度,且安全性较高。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the conventional treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine Re'an Bao in alleviating pain after forceps curettage under intravenous general anesthesia.Methods:Two hundred patients who underwent forcurettage under intravenous general anesthesia at Maoming Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with one hundred cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the study group added external application of the traditional Chinese medicine Re'an Bao on the basis of the control group.The degree of postoperative pain,comfort level and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Thirty minutes after the first treatment,the score of the study group by the digital scoring method was lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).The comfort level of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine Re'an Bao can effectively relieve the pain after forceps curettage under intravenous general anesthesia,improve the comfort of patients,and has relatively high safety.
